c. No Warranty: KPMH does not guarantee the successful delivery of any specific SMS due to circumstances outside of our control (e.g., network issues, mobile device settings).
d. Data Privacy: We value your privacy. Your mobile number and related personal information will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
